Collaborative Management
Stratum currently serves as Executive Director for the Northwest Medical Group Alliance, a prominent medical group collaborative organization made up of physician practices within the pacific northwest region. The group’s success stems from Stratum’s proven management techniques, best practices and business model that has held strong for over 25 years. In addition to NWMGA, Stratum has provided Directorship and Administrative oversight of other IPAs in other markets offering efficiency and acceleration to their organizational growth.
Northwest Medical Group Alliance (NWMGA)
By leveraging Stratum’s effective infrastructure and expert professional management, NWMGA is able to reach greater heights and expand its services further. Stratum executives take initiative to facilitate Board and Administrator meetings based out of Seattle, in addition to routinely coordinating teleconferences with NWMGA Executive Committee and member organizations. In order to enhance efficiency across the board, Stratum spearheads both local initiatives, as well as national programs. All accounting, communications, and management are provided by Stratum to streamline daily procedures.
