Meet Alicia Moody
I had the privilege of sitting down with Alicia Moody, Stratum Med’s new Graphic Designer and Visual Communication Specialist. Alicia has been with Stratum for two months and is already working on some exciting projects for both Stratum Med and our shareholders. Let’s meet Alicia Moody . . .
AP: So, Alicia, tell me: where did you go to school?
AM: I earned my bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Pensacola Christian College and took motion design and 3D classes at the School of Motion online.
AP: And what’s your marketing background?
AM: I have eight years of experience in marketing, where I’ve learned that good design translates to good business. My approach is clear and concise: I focus on what matters most—getting results. By using consistent branding and effective design, I build strong connections between businesses and their audiences, boosting credibility and trust. This encourages brand loyalty and drives real growth, positioning the business to win.
AP: Marketing in the healthcare space is a unique niche. What do you see as some of the challenges of marketing in healthcare?
AM: Patient Trust: Building credibility through design is crucial. Aesthetic choices must inspire trust and professionalism while still being engaging and relatable.
AP: That’s so true. And what have you been working on that you’re most excited about?
AM: Stratum’s brand identity! This brand transformation isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about representing the company authentically and making a lasting impact. By enhancing Stratum’s presence, we create an opportunity for the business to stand out in a competitive market—those who miss out on this transformation risk falling behind. I’m here to make sure the branding not only catches attention but also connect meaningfully with the audience.
AP: OK, I’m curious: are you an early riser or night owl?
AM: I don’t really fit into either category. I like to find a balance between early starts and late nights depending on what’s needed. Some days, I rise early to get ahead, while other times, staying up late helps me focus and finish important tasks. It’s about being flexible and effective!
AP: And what can’t you live without?
AM: Mentors and Coffee– The clarity and guidance that mentors provide is essential to personal growth. And coffee because the rich aroma and taste are worth every penny. It’s basically a luxury you can’t skimp on because it brings you so much joy.
AP: I agree 100%. Alright, where would you go if I gave you a free airline ticket?
AM: If I had a free airline ticket, I’d be off to California or Florida for a fun beach vacation! Sunshine, sandy shores, and ocean waves—count me in!
AP: I’m with you: beaches are such a nice reset. OK, last question: what do you like most about Stratum Med so far?
AM: The team atmosphere is fantastic! The supportive and collaborative environment makes it easy for everyone to share ideas and work toward common goals. I love how the company embraces innovative solutions, pushing boundaries and inspiring creativity while delivering the best outcomes for shareholders.
