Jenni Talbott Named New Chief Operating Officer for McFarland Clinic

In June 2022, McFarland Clinic announced Jenni Talbott as their new Chief Operating Officer.

Jenni brings a wealth of expertise in the healthcare field, with a proven track record of optimizing processes, maximizing efficiencies and driving growth. Jenni previously held the position of Executive Director of Regional Operations at McFarland Clinic for over 14 years. Prior to that, Jenni was with Advocate Health Centers in Park Ridge, Illinois. Jenni is a graduate of Wartburg College and received her MHA and MBA from the University of Iowa. She has achieved Fellowship status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is Green Belt Certified in Lean Management. Jenni is involved with several charitable organizations including United Way of Story County and 100 Women Who Care Ames. She was awarded the “4 Under 40” Award through the Ames Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and served as Community Outreach and Partnerships Co-Chair as well as Board President for the Young Professionals of Ames. In her free time, Jenni enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family: husband, Jake, and children, Morgan, and Aaron.

McFarland Clinic is Iowa’s largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic. The McFarland Clinic network of healthcare providers serves residents in 11 Iowa communities with additional communities served by physician outreach clinics. More than one million patient visits are made at McFarland Clinic annually, offered by more than 280 providers and 1,000 staff members.
